Corporate Worship
Corporate worship at Shoal Creek is a time of celebration, reverence and awe. We believe in spirited worship that incorporates hymns of the faith as well as the deep, faith-based lyrics from today’s praise and worship choruses. We celebrate the Risen Christ who gives us life, we honor the God of Creation who gives us hope, and we strive to worship in unity with the Spirit who brings us comfort.
Regardless of the song, the beat, or the style - the most important aspect of our worship is what is in our heart! Our worship is to be God-honoring, Christ-centered and Spirit-led. Our worship must be offered with purity of heart, to be a truly pleasing sacrifice of praise acceptable to our Lord.
Our services include worship through song, prayer, scripture, silent reverence and the breaking of God’s Word.
